During reduction, the use of Bio Marking Dyes facilitates the correct orientation of the specimen and the surgical margin is highlighted on the histological section, making it visible under the microscope.

Marking surgical excision margins is a critically important step in facilitating their evaluation, which has diagnostic and prognostic significance: analyzing the possible residual pathologic tissue in the patient, in fact, allows estimating the possible risk of recurrence.

Bio-Optica Bio Marking Dyes, are non-toxic, can be used on fresh or formalin-fixed specimens, do not require further fixation and do not diffuse into tissues!

To make their use even more convenient, we have thought of a new packaging for the 30 ml format : thanks to the transparent bottle, the evaluation of the residual volume is immediate, while the drop dispenser facilitates the application and avoids contamination.
